Our PD105 & PD140 EGR Delete Kit is designed for selected 1.9 TDI and 2.0 TDI PD engines, offering a durable and reliable solution for removing the factory EGR system. Manufactured from premium 304 stainless steel, each kit is built to withstand the demands of both daily-driven and performance vehicles.

By removing the EGR valve, cleaner air is supplied to the engine, helping to reduce carbon build-up inside the intake manifold. This can improve throttle response, maintain engine efficiency and reduce the restriction caused by years of exhaust soot accumulation.

Precision-built for a direct fit, every kit is supplied with the components required for installation.
